By booking and confirming a session with Donna Dekker – Free to Be Pet
Therapy, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Nature of Services
● Donna Dekker is not a veterinarian or registered animal health practitioner.
● Energy healing sessions are not a substitute for veterinary diagnosis, treatment, or professional training advice.
● Sessions are intended to provide supportive insights and guidance only.

2. Limitations and Outcomes
● While many animals may respond positively to energy healing, no specific results or outcomes can be guaranteed.
● All insights and impressions are offered in good faith but may not be verifiable.

3. Client Responsibility
● The client remains fully responsible for all decisions and actions taken regarding their animal’s health, behaviour, and well-being.
● The client agrees not to disregard veterinary advice or delay seeking professional care as a result of a session.

4. Rescheduling
● If a client needs to reschedule, 24 hours’ notice is required.

5. Consent
By booking a session, you confirm that:
● You are 18 years of age or older, of sound mind, and not under the influence of mind-altering substances.
● You have read, understood, and consented to this disclaimer in its entirety.
● You release Donna Dekker from any and all liability arising from the services provided.

6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the
laws of Australia.

By confirming and accepting your appointment, you release Donna Dekker from any and all legal responsibility.
